I have been using my Zenfone 10 for two months now. Since last month I have been using 70% alcohol to disinfect my Zenfone. I have to wipe the fingerprintscanner with my shirt to work. I think that the alcohol damaged the fingerprint. Soon I will send my phone for RMA.
