Disabled Bluetooth LE audio in dev. settings, now the phone freezes a few seconds after android

Figured it'd save battery. When I toggled it it prompted me to restart my phone, which i did. Then on bootup it freezes just a second or two after i see my lock screen wallpaper. If i slide my finger down rapidly during these few seconds i can see bluetooth as "turning on" in the quick toggles.

Any way to fix this without resetting my phone? 

Im using the latest android 15 beta.

COOOOL! 

I reset ALL settings, and it STILL doesn't **bleep**ing work. Bluetooth doesn't even seem to be on anymore. What in the goddamn **bleep**.

This is absolutely INFURIATING.

 MY **bleep**ING GOD I GET INTO NON SAFE MODE WITH BLUETOOTH TURNED OFF (had to mess around with a loooot of settings, dont know what did it) AND THE GODDAMN BLUETOOTH LE SETTING IS STILL GREYED OUT

So i quickly try to enable bluetooth and rapidly tap on the stupid **bleep**ing thing, but hahahahahah guess what! BLACK SCREEN!

I am going to kill something soon.

If a full reset doesn't work after i painstakingly back everything up, i might just throw this piece of **bleep** straight into a concrete floor

im sorry for swearing so much, but this is ***Insane***.

I have tried *everything* but nope.

Please, for the love of god. Someone help me.
