The fingerprint sensor occasionally stops working to unlock the phone. However, it is still possible to add additional fingerprints. A restart solves the problem for some time.
Hey @TheClick, Could you please elaborate on the issue? Do you see any error messages? Or while trying to unlock the phone, does the system ask you to unlock it by pattern/pin/password?
There is no error message. Simply nothing happens when I try to unlock the phone via the fingerprint sensor. The system does not ask for the pin instead automatically but after swiping upwards.
Maybe switch to fp press (not just touch) and see what happens then. Does it work better, or at all? Since that involves pressing the power button, it should at least power the screen and ask for a pin.
