Bluetooth absolute volume max volume out of nowhere

I've had some issues with my earbuds going to max volume sometimes(without me doing anything). The independent volume setting makes this behavior go away, but the max volume for independent is all to low.  Someone know a workaround of sorts?

Hey @vilwen,
You can try resetting the Bluetooth connection of the device to your phone. 
Also, have you checked if your BT earbud or headset has its own app? Some headphones/earphones have their own app that can set up the audio. If you have already downloaded the respective app, I'd suggest you reset the app settings.
