i have tried everything. We installed driver, reset network, restart computer. Nothing has helped. I have no way to get on the internet

Hi @stephan in this situation we suggest you try to remove the wireless driver first. After that, try to update BIOS to the latest version. And the last step is to reinstall the wireless driver back.
