Reset OS: Just think about what you're asking me right now. I'm not going to reset my OS because Asus has pathetic software QA.

After resetting OS , if you get same problems agAIN , WILL you reset OS again .

i dont think Reset OS will solve the problems, I Dont reset now. Let microsoft release 2004 version aftre that download and upgrade os , it will solve the MY asus problems

I refuse to reset my operating system for an issue Asus could resolve by properly registering it's request for access.

Hi @eric273 We would suggest you to folow these steps:
1. Uninstall MyAsus app
2. Update your ASUS System Control Interface V2(Driver) from this link Settings -> Update & Security -> Check for updates (the latest version is Version V2.2.18.10)
3. Reinstall MyAsus app from Microsoft Store after you finished step 2
