ScreenPad does not work in any situation.
Detailed description:
I can't turn on the SreenPad when I press F6 (it toggles only the Tochpad).

I can't update to ScreenPad 2.0 (i tried to install drivers from Download Center, updates from Asus Live, ScreenXpert app does not start).

Hi there,
If you are having UX580 or UX480, laptops initially with screenpad 1.0,
please only use factory OS.
If you have ever reinstalled your own OS, or anything went wrong during upgrading to screenpad 2.0,
please send your device to our service center and we can reset everything for you.
