Brand new Asus ZenBook Flip 15 UX563F - Screenpad is not working

Hello
I have purchases a new Asus UX563F, however the screenpad is not working since unpacking.
Under F6 there is no other option except for turning on/off the touchpad.
I have checking the guidelines on the drivers for the screenpad on asus website, however this did not help, the screenpad is black. Please advise if there any other solutions.

Hello apgrebennikov,
Please refer to below FAQ to reinstall screenpad driver,
please be noted that the driver must be installed by following the order listed in the FAQ
[Notebook] How to fix the ScreenPad 2.0 problems when it is not working properly on my ASUS notebook...If the screenpad is still not working, please send your device to service center for further examination.
