Hi there, first post on this forum. I have a ZenBook UX331UN EG016T which I bought a year ago now and since a couple of months it started displaying some BSODs with the following codes: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR and DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I've sent the pc to repare a first time and nothing changed, this blue screens continued happening, then I temporarily solved the first error code by replacing the Intel video driver because a non correct version was running on the pc, apparently causing the problem. It ran good for a few weeks and then again the same two codes started appearing. I was asked to install the chipset driver and the Intel Management Engine Interface, but nothing was resolved. All the routine procedures, such as reinstalling OS, reinstalling BIOS, drivers, so on and so fourth, were executed. My question is: The pc is completely new; I bought it because it could be useful to me, speaking of its technical qualities, as a machanical engineering student, in terms of its potencial to run some simulation softwares and similars. Does this problems occur to other users of the same model?

Hello loryrockq, Have you upgraded RAM or SSD ? Is your Windows updated to 1809 or latter version? When does BSOD mostly occurred? When you are operating certain function or APP? Thank you for messaging us. Have a nice day.

I need dump files to analyze the root cause of the bsod problems so share the files online storage and then paste link here

Good morning, i have the same problem for both bsod problem for my ASUS UX331UN-EG068T. The BSOD occurs randomly and i try to update everything is possible, but nothing changes. just now i analysed the file , for 060519-10375-01.dmp file BSOD caused by nvlddmkm.sys and ntokrnl.exe for 060919-10515-01.dmp file BSOD caused by dxgkrnl.sys and watchdog.sys recommendations 01. boot the windows into safemode uninstall old nvidia driver using DDU 18.1.5 software download from here download latest nvidia driver dch whql driver v430.97 from nvidia site and install on windows normal boot. 02. Update directx latest version connect to net, click update
