更新 android 12 後，原本查看所有背景 APP 的功能到哪去了?

之前只要上滑+稍微暫停，所有之前開過的 APP 就會跳出來更新完功能就消失了，有解嗎?

有人覺得新的通知欄很難用嗎?

這是 android 12 本身設計的問題，真的是爛原本下滑一次就可以看到所有資訊&設定現在變成一堆大色塊，沒顯示多少資訊。現在每次下滑都要"滑兩次"才能看到所有資訊有解嗎?
