Similar thing happening to me, but my whole phone restarts / crashes randomly every time i turn it on, this could last for several hours, it also starts happening at random. I have tried force resetting, factory resetting but nothing changes at all.
I am having the same issue, but I have only had my phone for a little less than a day and a halfBut my phone kept on crashing and restarting every time I turned it on for a solid 5 hours
