Rog Phone 5 Android 13 update failed

Hi, I have downloaded the firmware from rog phone 5 to update from Android 11 to Android 13 and placed the file in the root folder, but when I hit the message to start it it show me a message "System update failed"I'm trying to install a WW SKU
