My mobile seems to be slow, it is not loading apps quickly (it's 2 years). Why is it normal to slow?

Does the inbuilt messaging app has 'schedule' option?

I did factory reset, thereafter I can't use 1:3 ratio split (it's only 50-50 screen now)
