Is Xonar U5/U7 compatible with Logitech z623? If so, how do I connect to the xonar? Logitech have 3.5 mm stereo plug connector. Is it one of Front, Center or Rear connector I should use on the xonar or?

Upon confirmation, the Logitech Z623 is a 2.1 speaker system with a 2CH 3.5mm jack.
You can directly connect it to the left and right channel ports of the U5/U7.
