Zenfone 5z and ROG both have different hardware ROG is totally focused on gaming hardware which is pretty delicate and it requries lot of work & coding to support almost every external mods that can be connected with the device. ROG is on A9 because of its hardware limitations for its better stability and performances
What if A10 brings up more issues with such delicate gaming hardware...?? There are lots of aspects to be considered during software designs and dont forget ROG A9 almost has every possible feature that ZENUI 6 in 5z on A10 so there is not much difference

So it's acceptable to release products full of phone-breaking bugs? What if? What if they actually spent the profits they made from the phone toward R&D? You buy the top of the line phone and you think it's acceptable to pump out garbage support?
Yeah. it's a lot of work. Or wait, I forgot, Windows has a user-installable driver model. The likes of Phone manufacturers and Google have decided, we're going to take away your ability to upgrade the phone because we've taken control from the device you bought to 'protect you' from yourself. Is that my problem? No. If the company wants our money, start supporting their products instead of whining about how hard it is to design products.
Is this a good experience? NO!
