Hi julianrosado24, Please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information Do you mean the FPS counter shows zero? Please check your Game Genie settings, (Settings > Advanced > Game Genie > Real-time info management > FPS) If the problem still appears, please tell me your game genie version. Is the FPS counter 0 in every game? What are the apps and their versions? Please show me a screenshot or short video of the problem. Game genie: 5.1.1.43_190730 Firmware: i cant see it i saw the category to find it but its not there Yes its every game/app Fps is on but its always 0

Firmware version. Fps counter is still 0 and its for every game not just 1 in particular
