Triggers do not work...

Hi... I buy it a new ROGphone and like all people's i installed COD...PUBG...etc! I go settings and activate triggers...set pression start X mode ..start game open Genie/triggers set my L1 R1 and close it... exactly like in videos from ASUS YOUTUBE.....
