Why red tint is still present after A10 update?

I and many others have reported this issue.
I want to know whether it can be fixed by software patch or it's an issue with my unit, in that case I'll need to take my phone to service center.
Please respond, I need answers.

Play the video from link on other phones and observe if black crush is visible. The clip is 5hrs long play it at time 1:22:00 this is where the black crushes are more prominent.

Wow... That's really bad, bro. This should be addressed as soon as possible by Asus. It's not acceptable for such a premium device.
