OctaI suggest you force close all apps and then restart your phone. If you're still experiencing that the CPU is working at max, then it must be a service which is using its full performance and the easiest way to find out which one is by logging your device.

If you're still experiencing that the CPU is working at max, then it must be a service which is using its full performance and the easiest way to find out which one is by logging your device.
