Do you have bootloader unlocked? Even if you have locked bootloader using the oem unlock command, you still won't get OTA because the ASUS servers know already it's unlocked.

No, im waiting from the ASUS website. Im going for a manual update. And there's where im complaining why it hasn't been uploaded yet.
