After updating to newest fota..update information showing old update info

after update batt dropdown very quick and cpu alway run at 100% with idle mode I try to do something and I see.
use app like killapps or some apps that can kill process wipout all apps ,normal apps not kill system. cpu back to 28% normal stats. and I try to open all apps that I close again.
