Update for CN version
Here it is the March security updates. Thanks but no thanks. And yes, I got it on FOTA, a reminder for those who always said ASUS doesn't support Tencent versions. But this message doesn't mean that I am appreciating ASUS for pushing this update you guys are still late #ASUS

Rooting and converting CN roms to WW roms has nothing to do with each other. You don't need to be rooted to do this.
What you do need is bootloader to be unlocked and while this can be re-locked by the firmware flashing dealer, you see some people complaining not being able to unlock bootloader. The reason why this is the case is the bootloader is already unlocked officially by the dealer.
