Unable to clear Instagram from recent apps list

Every app is closed when i click clear all except Instagram it's really annoying.
App version- 169.3.0.30.135

Thanks for that. When you go to the Recent tab, for Instagram, there is a locked padlock. Unlock that and it should work then.
