Touch not working after unlocking the screen

Hi all. After the latest update 1910.44 the touch is not working after unlocking the screen. It works after few seconds. I am facing this error regularly.
Kindly confirm if anybody else facing the same issue.
This needs to be addressed quickly by the asus team. Inspite of a gaming flagship this issue is very annoying. Please fix ASAP.

Excuse me, but the same issue still persists on my phone. I've updated to the latest version, which is 1910.64_0. I hope you will look into this again. On my phone it doesn't only happen when I try to turn on my phone, very occasionally it happens on the homescreen, when I try to på pull down the notification bar or flip the "page" (or whatever you would call it)

Just for clarification. How long does the screen freeze? When does it freeze? Is it whenever or right after you unlock the phone?

Could it be that it's just the touch that's unresponsive?

Well mine game freeze and I have to restart the game every time first I thought it's bug with codm but after upgrading to android 10 pubg also getting freeze tried all lowering the grapics to adjust frame rate.. what to do getting no solution it's gaming phone and no game i can play so what's use of my investment in this phone did I made a mistake..

This looks like the classic COD battle royale freeze issue that happens on ALL phones. Just because your phone is a gaming phone, doesn't make it immune to bad code. If I remember correctly, the issue was with Tencents servers but you could try and reinstall your COD game. Maybe it will help. Dunno
