I have seen many post facing same issue, especially when playing pubg.

Do you play pubg, if not, dont comment something that you cannot replicate the problem.

Trash community and mods. All they say is to factory reset or visit service centre. Bullshit. Everyone knows that. We are asking for a new update to fix these bug. This problem occurs in every rog 2.

Meanwhile last year, I bought high performance budget phone to play games, never crash.

Adrian It's some HW for sure as confirmed by a MOD here in some other thread and can be fixed if you take it to service center like I did few months back when I faced a similar problem, do it before your device is out of the warranty period.

I do play and I know people with ROG 2 who can play too.
But as per the original advice, you should take your phone to service centre when restart/shutdown issues.
