Frequency of Occurrence: always when play video on browser at 90/120hz

Ok this is what I notice recently,
No flickering problem on heavy games, Youtube App are fine, video players fine, everything seems normal.
But when go Chrome browser and play an embeded video, or any video on a website, the whole screen brightness flickering, pretty bad, depend on what's in the video,(any brightness level, to put 100% for more visible flickering)
And it only happens on 90hz and 120hz refresh rate
Can anyone do the test to confirm if it is just me?
To test:
Play youtube video on Chrome browser (not the youtube app)
Or play the ff7 remake game review video on gamespot website, that triggers flickering pretty bad for me (i cant post link here)
Please test for me if your phone also flickering by playing this video on Chrome browser at 90hz/120hz
If it's also happen on other user phones, could it be fixed on future update??

Good to hear that it wasn't just my phone, but the chrome app optimization,

Thank you all for the test, hopefully google fix this issue since more and more phones on the market have higher refresh rate screens 🙂

Yes, i hope they do.

But sticking with 60hz RR is better since they're not flickering.

I thought I had a problem with my screen as I have had a replacement one done but you're right about chrome videos I get the dimming/flickering effect good to know it's not a big problem though

I actually just noticed mine doing this a few weeks ago on pornhub. Forget what browser but I believe it was Chrome. I always keep my device at 60hz because battery life is king when it comes features/importance
