Anders_ASUSThanks for reply 😃https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/36463/rog-phone-2-randomly-turned-off
Sorry about the late reply. Based on your problem description, I advice you to contact ASUS support. The motherboard is most likely damaged and this issue happens during a certain type of stress.

BedlamOuch! That's not a good one. I hope you let it dry for a couple of days before you used it again?https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/124269#Comment_124269
Thanks for reply 😃
Unfortunately, a couple of days after this letter, the phone fell under water for 2-3 seconds. There are no problems with phone, but if there are markers for the water, then my device will no longer be accepted. I think they won't help me.
PS: after that incident(temperature error), the device no longer turned off

Well now when you have nothing to lose, you could try and take it apart yourself. Clean all parts, put some new thermal paste and maybe, just maybe it will start working again.

BedlamAha, you mean that it got better by swimming in some water haha. Ok, let's hope it doesn't come back 😄https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/124499#Comment_124499
