I have tried factory Reset: no resolution
started after the system updated to 18.0210.2201.215
even when camera recording is going on the same issue occurs app freezes and phone restart occurs

the phone is working good if the temp is controlled and kept under 37 deg

Yes It gets frequent after .215
And may be Due to summer
In my location room temperature is About 40°C
