While browsing through my phone, it started to hang. I switched the phone off and since then i try to switch it on, however it restarts and just loops. Gave it to a local repair shop to check, they tried to install the software but nothing worked. Please help.

This seems like hardware damage. Please take your device to nearest authorised service centre. They will find the real cause.
