Please advice after updating to new android 9 my front camera dosen't work at all... I tried everything clean cache,clear storage and reboot but nothing works... Please help me...
If you have already tried those steps, and there was no improvement, you have two options. 1) Back up all of your data and factory reset the phone. 2) Contact your local ASUS service center for a hardware diagnosis.

Factory reset the phone also not working for this issue. i am trying to reinstall the firmware. visiting Asus service center is not possible for me because it's in another city and they mostly push you to replace the hardware i just want to confirm 1 thing if i downgrade the firmware will it work?
