I was facing the shut down n screen blackout issue while charging n playing games. So i did a factory reset and after thay my device is fine till now it has been more than a week already. So i dont face those issue frequently nowadays but i my device automatically shut down today while charging but when it restart and when i connect the charger and use my phone nothing happen. And my battery backup n all its all good. But when i charge my phone, it becomes hot ( this might be due to fast charging). I am confuse whether my phone hardware have problem or not. My battery is perfectly fine. So is this issue related to hardware or not. If anyone can help me out. I am confuse cause it shut down itself while charging today after my factory reset (only once at night while charging). I have mentioned in the above. #Anyone who knows#help
