Kindly look at the attached file with list of raw resolution exposed for camera2api . It doesn't have the 6 mp front camera raw which is the pixel binned one like the back camera has 12 mp(pixel binned) raw and 48mp raw file both.
I have a request that if you could ask your developers to expose the 6mp raw file for selfie camera which would further help in getting better images when post processed and edited directly from raw.
