Phone shuts down while charging (NEED HELP)

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: ROG Phone II (ZS660KL)
Firmware Version: WW_17.0240.2103.75_0
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Everyday (While charging)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): N/A
Hi guys, I don't know when this problem really occur, but I observe from May 10 up to this date (19 May 2021). I experienced the same problem on my phone. I observed the following while charging, it always happens, for info I charge my phone twice (2) a day:
After 10mins of charging my phone shuts down but continues to charge.
Try to charge using the Aero active cooler, still shuts down.
While playing games my phone shuts down (while charging)
Above is all my observation. Kindly look into it.

Phone shuts down while charging (NEED HELP)
The advice by moderators here is to tzake your device to the service centre and let them know of the issue.
Before you go, ensure you have a video recording of the issue as service centre might insist there isn't a problem. This will save you a trip or a few to and from the service centre.
