Phone is not showing the full release note

Asus Team,
Today you released an update (1910.35) which has 5 Release notes but we could see only first 3 in the phone. I don't find any scroll bar to see remaining. This is happening for all the updates.
It is mandatory to list the complete release notes else, users may not aware of list of updates. Just showing less information may also create negative image for ASUS team though they fix more issues.

I didn't get the update...still on 1908.21..i am from India..is the update suspended? Please guide
