My Aerocooler is not workig, but the lights is functioning please help

I tried different cooler it's working both the lights and fan,but my cooler fan is not working but it lights up, i havent drop it yet its a 3 month old

Sounds like there is something wrong with your fan cooler if the other one is working.
Take the one that's not working back and let them know it doesn't work.

The only thing I can suggest is try and get to them. You are not the only one complaining about service centres.
If you have problems, do report back here and I am sure someone will help you.
