Mic not working on speaker phone mode

While call on normal use when you put it on the ear the mic working just fine. But the problem happened when I tried using speaker mode. It's looks like the phone been mute. The other person can't hear anything at all. And when turn off the speaker mode off its work normal again. Is it software or hardware issue?

Same issue i'm facing right now
