Lock Screen Showing Up on Non-Locked Apps

After exiting locked apps and opening Non-Locked apps I'm getting lock screen for few seconds which goes aways on its own, it happens randomly. This started happening after android 10 update.

Any update on this? Also on my phone cred app is crashing after update, I've tried clearing cache, data and reinstalling.

Have you tried clearing the cache of all your apps via mobile manager?

I've tried clearing cache & restarting many times, but this problem is still there. Mods aren't also replying.
