kunai 3 gamepad

I have 2 days playing with the kunai rog 3 gamepad but a problem arose with the LT button on the left that is always pressed according to the command.
I would like to know if it has happened to someone else and how is it possible to solve it? the accessory is relatively new since it came to me with the rog phone 5
