Just for general knowledge, Is there a way to clear the system cache as that option is missing in the recovery menu.

Yes we need this one. It was there on A9, but it disappeared with A10 update.

In settings go to advance and then mobile manager and then clean up.

It is a different thing. It cleans application cache not the Android system cache
