How to wipe cache partition in recovery?

I m unable to boot into recovery mode. Anyone can help me regarding the same?
What I am doing:
After turning off the power, simultaneously holding volume down+power key.
After android logo appears, leaving the power key and kept holding the volume down key.
Still unable to reboot to recovery.

How to wipe cache partition in recovery?

Same. I can't get into recovery mode

Phone of - then Power + Volume UP
Try that combo - that worked for me

There is no wipe cache partition on recovery mode on our ASUS ROG2 only factory reset

I am able to boot to the recovey mode but there is no option to clear/wipe cache partition.
