Demanding doesn't get you anywhere.
Please give more information. What firmware are you using? Does the back of the phone have Tencent on it? What phone variant? 8GB, 12GB RAM versions.
What were you doing when this happens? What other scenarios does this happen in?
With regards to the camera, have you done the tests via the calculator .12345+=

Freeze , shut off during gaming, or camera

For restart freeze and restart issues you need to backup and factory reset your phone. If that doesn't help, then you need to send it in for repair.
