Finger dot from recording is now always there

Model Name: 12gb/512
Firmware Version:the latest one
Rooted or not:not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence:every time, even after force rebooting my phone
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): basically everywhere in every app
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

So, I recorded a game a week ago and the game crashed the whole phone, when it restarted the white dot that follow your finger appeard and stayed there, following your finger has if I were recording.

Ohhh, does it move wherever your finger is going?
Can you do a force stop on the following apps and see if it disappears on any of them?

Game Genie
Do a force stop on them and see which one is the problem causer.
Last time I said screen recorder, but you didn't have screen recorder on, so that was pointless. Sorry about that.

Hello, I have tried to clear their cache and force stop them but it didn't work.
Also yes, it is following where my fingers are, just like I would be recording

Edit : On a side note by forcing game genie to close, the game genie does no longer appear when i'm in-game but the white dot still follows my finger
I hope both of those problems would be fixed with an system update

It did fixed one of the two problem (dot is now aways, thanks!) Now I need the game genie to work again

Ahh you had developer options on. Nice one both of you 🙂
Does restarting help get genie up and running again?
