Even RED MAGIC upgraded to Android 11!

Nubia doesn't upgrade any of their devices to the latest os either. Your stuck with the one it launches with. Maybe 2 updates and that's it. Well they got Android 11 and our beloved rog phone 2 has not. Never would have placed a bet on this reality. Like everyone else can anyone tell us if we are or are not getting Android 11? I mean someone at asus absolutely has the answer, so why not let us know one way or the other?

It has nothing to do with ROG UI.

I gotta tell you bud... UI also plays a huge role in performance.
If you don't believe me... Just search for sony xperia 1 III vs s21+ ultra performance difference. Both are running sd888.

Hate to burst your bubble, but going to Android 11 doesn't give you better FPS.

Also android 11 doesn't mean performance reduction. I mean companies screw up OS optimization so well which mimics well poor performance; but if someone gets it stable enough, it's a performance improvement always when compared to its previous version.

Of course a phone with hardly any bloatware but with just the essentials will always run better. No doubt and I have saying this, any unnecessary additions to the phone is just using up valuable resource.
My little test shows that it isn't the ROG UI. My phone does 90 dropping to 88 FPS. But Atul who now changed his name to something else claims it dropping to 40.
