and maibe incoming regutal call muting the youtube and Bluetooth headset ringing

Are you sure about the headset ringing. Maybe it's a special feature with your headset?
I've done som testing and comparison to another manufacturer. There won't be any visual notification or ringtone but youtube will paus until caller gives up/goes to voice mail. You can press play but there will be no audio until the calling stops. This seems to be the normal behavior of Android 10 and 11 when receiving a whatsapp call while connected to BT headphones.
