disappearing app icon after install ?.

Hello,

So I have installed Asus ZenTalk app.
It will sit at home page and app drawer. after awhile, the icon of this app will disappear from phone. When I try searching it, it returns with no results. But when I search it in the play store, instead of install button, I get open, meaning it is still on my phone, just cannot access it from home screen or app drawer.

I dont think it was designed to show in the app drawer. But you can access this by going to Settings - Support - MyASUS
Then if you press on the cog top right hand corner, press on Create shortcut on homescreen. This should be permenantly be on the homepage unless you decide to remove it.
