CPU THROTTLING / LAG ON GAMES

Hello , so with the latest global .44 update i have been facing sudden lags on games which seemed very awkward at first than i used this app , which i always used to check thermal behaviour and is very dissatisfied with the experience.. The same app test "Cpu throttling test" has been done on my friends one plus 7t pro and on that the test doesn't gives such results , also the game performance is consistent compared to Rog 2.

Please reply why is this ? Isn't Asus commited Rog 2 wouldn't throttle and would sustain the performance as compared to any other device ..

It drops for me while playing too, in specific scenes if like there's a lot of particle effects, or a lot to render when i go off a ramp

Now I have played some races in multiplayer with the refresh rate reduced to 60Hz. It doesn't go over to 63-64 as before. 60 is max. But it's not steady. CPU running between 17 and 25-30%. GPU running over 90 % all the time. Settings in X mode: performance ultimate, CPU max, temperature default.

I feel like X mode simply boosts the cpu, not GPU and the game barely uses cpu so I've started to keep it off for a little more battery life. And yeah you should really only play at 60hz because it's more consistent and takes less battery than keeping it at 120. And you definitely should not use 90hz cuz the game will feel really jittery and not smooth.

Ok I will leave at 60Hz and see if it will affect battery life.
