Compass issue in Asus ROG 2

Hey guys , i have been a consistent issue in my ROG2 , the compass calibration is off most of the time even after calibrating it multiple times . Any help is appreciated .

I get similar message in google maps .

If it can stay correct for a couple of days, then there's probably nothing wrong. If you had answered that you need to calibrate several times during navigation, then there would be a problem but it really depends on your area if it's normal or not to calibrate.

When I travel with subway and start navigating in urban areas with a couple of tall buildings then there's nothing strange about having to do the eight motion a couple of times before I start walking

True. This is a serious compass calibration error.
We can think about this as a personal issues when one device is involved but I'm facing the same issue adn probably from different country. So I don't think it's a single device issue

It's always poor when I start maps n even after calibration it takes atleast a min for the Gyroscope work and show where I'm pointing my device.

Can you first please borrow a phone from a friend/family member and check both devices every time you want to use the GPS.
I'm saying this because people in general have a tendency to forget how their old device really acted. Or that we make the assumption that If I had my old device right now, then it would work perfectly. It would pinpoint those GPS signals and the compass would be accurate within seconds.
This is not the first time I've received complaints about the GPS/compass and every time after several logs and internal testing it has ended with nothing. Logs didn't show anything like hardware or software issue and our own testing didn't show any issues at all.
I can definitely help you log your device but first I would be happy if we could do this one test for me
