Class 0 message from jio

Mobile instantly turn off after i end call and recieve jio class 0 message which has call duration and balance.

@ sanjaykkumar1986 Hey Sanjay whats the status of your phone. Are you using the workaround with MS SMS organizer app or have you tried to contact the Tech support/Service center?

Service center solved your problem or not.
My rog restarts only when i was connected to bluetooth headset.

Same for me too. If no bluetooth connected then no issue. They have not fixed it. Instead they made it worse. Before at least if I stay on the call for more than 20 mins then it used to restart but now no matter how long I am on the call it shuts down instead of restart. So for now my phone is unusable. Asus has no responsibility of taking care of their products after sales. Not sure where to go from here. I am thinking of speaking to a Lawyer and file a Consumer court case against Asus now.

Of course we're responsible. I have just forwarded your log to our devs and I might need to collect more from other users but we will solve it. I'm sorry about the inconvenience but don't worry, we will fix it

Thank you @Anders_ASUS for the assurance. If the local support team (Contact center and Service center) would have given similar assurance or shown accountability then I might have not felt the way I do now. But I am looking forward for you guys to come up with a solution at the earliest.
After some more investigation this is what I have found which might help-
1. Phone has to be in Loud mode. If in vibrate or silent then no issues.
2. Bluetooth needs to be connected to bluetooth headset. If used phone earpiece or speaker then no problem. I have used 3 different brands headset just to make sure that its not the headset. 
3. Phone screen should be locked and the other party needs to hang up the call and not me.
4. The balance message normally comes instantly after hanging up the call and that's when it happens, if there is a delay in the message coming in due to network issues or outage then no problem. But more than 90% of the time it comes instantly anyways.
5. I have used 2 other SIM cards of the same provider (Reliance Jio India) from my colleagues and the issue remains.
