Can we expect better camera performance with android 10 update?

dynamic range, night mode has to get improved, image processing time has to be decreased( mainly while taking pictures in night)..
in dark room using Rog 2 mobile is becoming a bit odd, because it does not get enough dimmer.
I want my system lighting to be color cycle even in screen off.

It won't get noticeably better. Small tweaks here and there that won't be apparent if you don't know where to look. We're doing these updates all the time. It's always getting a little bit better but there is no major camera update to be expected with Android 10
