ROG2 is not in the Android 12 update list released by ASUS, and there will be no Android 12 firmware for ROG2.

No plans for android 12 yet from asus

If there will be an Android 12 for my rog 2, my next phone will definitely will be another rog phone with asus’s 3 android version update. But I think we won’t see android 12 for rog 2.
